Where to stay
Event Centre Accommodation
We have a number of options for accommodation at, or close to the Event Centre at Perth Racecourse:

Camping will be available in the racecourse grounds surrounding the main racecourse building. You will be able to book space at the campsite when you enter the competition; but if you need to delay this decision, you will be able to make a campsite booking after you have entered.
The campsite will be open from 12 noon on Saturday 1st August, and will close at 10:00am on Sunday 9th August, although car parking will be available throughout the day on Sunday 9th of August for those wishing to participate/spectate at the Perth Highland Games..
Booking fees for the campsite are provided in the table below:

| Large tent (3 – 5 people) | £80 |
| Very large tent (6+ people) | £120 |
| Campervan | £80 |
| Caravan | £80 |
| Campervan plus tent | £120 |
| Caravan plus tent | £120 |
Campsite facilities:
- Campers will be able to use the Race Course toilets and washing facilities. The race course has some showers and these will be supplemented by hot showers in portacabins. There will be additional sinks installed for washing and dishwashing.
- There will be hard standing for campervans. Caravans will either be on hard standing or on grass immediately adjacent to a metalled roadway. There will be no individual electric or water/drainage points.
- All car parking for the campsite will be on hard standing, with a maximum of 400m walk to the furthest part of the camping area.
Campsite Information
The following documents are now available for people staying at the camp site:
Please note special registration requirements for camping groups composed solely of under-18s, which may require the registration form to be downloaded and printed off in advance of travelling to the campsite.
For everyone else there is no need to print off hard copies of these documents as you will be able to collect them at campsite registration. However, it would help speed up your passage through registration if you read the campsite rules in advance.
Marquees at the Event Centre
Two marquees, with floor space for sleeping, will be available at the Racecourse, close to the Event Centre. One sleeps 50 people and one sleeps 30. They will have solid floors, so you will require sleeping bags and airbeds, campmats or thermorests. No cooking facilities inside the marquees. Campsite toilet and shower facilities will be available nearby. Meals, including breakfast, can be bought at Event Centre cafes.
Cost £5 per night. To book a place in the Marquee, please email the Event Centre Campsite manager: marieke.dwarshuis @ btinternet.com
