Day 3 Elite winners

At a very rainy and windy Tullochroisk, the Elite athletes tackled classic distance courses. Oleg Chepelin (Grampian Orienteers) won M21E, one and a half minutes clear of Eric Jonsson (OK Skogshjortarna, Sweden) in second. Ian Nixon finished third, a result good enough to take him into the overall lead after three days.

In the Women’s Elite class, Hanna Haugen Nordbroden took first place ahead of Hollie Orr (Edinburgh University) and third place went to Jo Buckley (East Pennine OC). Hollie Orr stays in second place overall, behind yesterday’s leader Cecilia Bratt (OK Orion).
