The ability to do an online entry ceased on 17th July. Postal entries received after 17th July will not be processed until Saturday 30th July.
On-the-day Entries
Entries to age class courses can be made at the Dalmally Bib Collection point on Saturday 30th July 15:00-18:00, and thereafter at Registration at each day’s Assembly area 09:00-13:00. But these are subject to availability of maps.
Colour coded courses (easier and suitable for beginners) can enter in the same way but should not be restricted by map availability.

Note: For Adult UK Competitors only who are neither (i) National members of British Orienteering nor (ii) Local members of the Scottish Orienteering Association, we are obliged by British Orienteering to charge an additional £2 per day for the Age Class Courses.
This does not apply to juniors, students or foreign competitors, nor to colour coded entries.
Note: It is necessary to have a SPORTident card (timing chip) to compete.
These can be hired from us for £2 (adults), £1 (Juniors/Students) per day.

Changes to your entry
It is now too late to request changes online. You will need to visit the Dalmally Bib Collection point and thereafter at Registration at each day’s Assembly area.
Please have ready the following:
* start number
* name
* details of the change requested
The charges will be:
- £4 for a single change
- £8 for two changes
- £10 for 3 or more changes
Note: These charges apply per entry form rather than per individual entry.
Note: A change to the class entered is considered as multiple changes - one per day entered.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations between 1st Jul - 17th July inclusive will be given a 50% refund. We regret that no refunds will be possible after this date.
Cancelled campsite bookings will be given a 75% refund during this period.
You can also donate your cancelled entry fee (without any deductions) to out chosen charity, the Oban Mountain Rescue Team, email info2011@scottish6days.com if you wish to do this.

Start Time Allocation
The majority of competitors are allocated start times within start time blocks according to their CLUB. Over the course of the Six Days, the blocks will be fairly distributed in respect of early, middle and late timings. If you wish your start time to be allocated in the same block as another orienteering club; please use the CLUB START BLOCK field. Use of this club start block allows orienteers from different clubs travelling together to have similar start times. One exception to this start time allocation process is parents requesting split start times.
