Oban and the west coast of Scotland encompasses quite possibly some of the most scenic and stunning views of anywhere in the United Kingdom. So what better way to view this landscape than from above in the comfort of an aircraft.
We can offer air experience flights for those who wish to have a hands on go at flying an aircraft or a scenic air tour where you simply sit back and admire the panorama with your friends.

Air Experience Flights

Flight duration can be anything from 30mins, 45mins to a full hour in an aircraft with a qualified flight instructor giving you the opportunity to really fly an aircraft. YOU will fly banking turns. YOU will learn how to climb and descend and YOU will get to appreciate how an aircraft flies and operates in the air. The lesson can be counted towards you first step to becoming a private pilot and is the ultimate hands on opportunity to fly an actual aircraft. This experience is open to anyone who has a serious thirst for something that little bit different. We know you’ll love it and once you’ve flown with us you will realise why we try and do it every day of the year!!

Scenic Air tours

Ever visited a place and thought – “this would look amazing from the air”. Argyll & Bute is such a place. Oban airport is probably one of the most picturesque of locations to take a flight from. Your experience starts the moment you step foot in our base. You will be given a full presentation on Oban, the surrounding landscape and an overview of the vistas and panoramas that you will see from the air – the Paps of Jura, the Islands of Iona, Staffa and Mull and Lismore Island before embarking on your aerial tour. Each flight can take up to three passengers with the pilot.
