The John Muir Trust is the UK's leading wild land conservation charity. We believe wild places are essential, and are dedicated to protecting and enhancing them for people and wildlife. The Trust’s role in protecting wild places, is something close to the hearts of many orienteers.  Our nearest properties to Moray would be Sandwood Bay and Quinag in Assynt but might well be on your list as part of a wider holiday in the north of Scotland!

For further details of these reserves go to the John Muir website
