Pre-ordering of merchandise using SiEntries has now closed, and it is no longer possible to make changes or add further items to an existing order in SiEntries. Orders will be available for collection on Saturday 29 July from the Event Centre, and on Sunday 30 July from the Merchandise Tent at the Race Arena for Day 1.
A range of souvenir merchandise, all branded with the Royal Deeside 2017 logo, will be available for purchase at the event. Details of the larger merchandise items are available in the pre-order catalogue. Although the full range of items from the pre- order catalogue will be available for purchase from Monday 31 July, at the Race Arenas for Days 2 to 6, there will be a limited selection of colours and sizes. There will also be a limited addition set of smaller merchandise items (Thermal Hot Drink Mugs, EventClips® - Snap-Lock pinless number fasteners, note pads, and coloured pencils) for purchase at the event. Buy early in the week to avoid disappointment.
The Merchandise Tent will be near the Information Tent in the Race Arena on competition days.
NB: There will be no Royal Deeside 2017 merchandise available for purchase on the Rest Day, Wednesday 2 August.
Cancellation, exchange and returns policy:
Cancellations of all or part of an order before 6 June 2017 will be given a full refund. Cancellations of all or part of an order after 6 June 2017 will be given a full refund, minus a handling fee of 10%. Customers are strongly advised to check their order on collection as exchanges can only be made, subject to availability, on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 July 2017. Returns due to an item being faulty will be replaced either at the event or delivery to your address afterwards, or given a full refund according to your wish.
