Climb aboard the Jacobite and steam down the romantic Road to the Isles to the wee coastal villages of Arisaig and Mallaig. Hop onto a ferry and take a cruise to the Small Isles of Eigg, Rum, Canna and Muck. Explore the wilderness of Knoydart. Search for Jacobite gold in Loch Arkaig. Head out west, way out west, to Ardnamurchan Point and discover the singing sands, turquoise seas and ancient volcanoes of the West Highland Peninsulas.

Laggan Wolftrax (mountain biking) is half way between Creag Meagaidh and Creag Dhubh and nearer to Fort William are further trails at Aonach Mor https://www.nevisrange.co.uk/ and the option of a gondola ride.
Google has apparently updated advice on going up Ben Nevis!
Note that the “tourist” route can get very crowded and please don’t be the ones wearing sandals to the summit.
